Disappointed

I booked for 3 hair cuts - 2 dry wash and curls. And a wash cut blow dry. I asked for approx cost and quoted 60 for the adult and child dry cuts/curls. Mine was 45. The end cost for adult child was 119! Owner said I didn't mention cuts. I did! They charge 8pd per clip put in child's hair x3. You can buy a few tubs of said clips for 25pound! But didn't mention the cost when using them. They also charged an extra 15 as they curled mine when blowdrying my hair.... I also made sure at booking, that we had different stylists as aware we were time focused. No. There was 1 stylist who did it their own way. I asked them to prioritise the other adult, they refused. It took 3 hours! The stress we had trying to get out was awful. They put us out for the rest of the day. We were late for the wedding. The actual cuts were ok. The child's hair for which so much was paid fell out within 2 hour. The upselling was relentless. I felt they tried to push far too much. It was v uncomfortable.
